“Crafting a portrait with sculpted tiles embedded into the soil, I bring forth an image derived from a grayscale representation. Inspired by the art of cross stitch, I embark on creating a portrait (its subject yet to be determined) using techniques reminiscent of this traditional craft. The expansive ground serves as the backdrop for this endeavor. The tiles, resembling segmented displays akin to digital clocks, are strategically placed to emulate the intricate patterns of cross-stitching.” Artist, Kris Campbell
